Every travel agent applies with their company details and licences, and our team verifies them before they can list anything. Each package is then reviewed by our team before it goes live.

You book with and pay the travel agent directly — GoHaramain does not take payment for packages. Before you pay, ask the agent to confirm the price, hotels and dates in writing, pay to their business account where you can, and keep every receipt. Each WhatsApp message you send from GoHaramain carries a reference number, so we can follow up if anything goes wrong.

• Passport copies, photos and payment proofs are stored privately and can only be opened by signed-in people with a reason to see them — never through a public link.
• When you contact an agent you message them on WhatsApp from your own number, so they see that number. Agents don’t receive your email address or account details from GoHaramain.
• Dispute evidence can only be opened by the customer who uploaded it and our team.

Only customers who booked a package through GoHaramain can review it, so the ratings you see come from real trips.

If an agent stops responding or doesn't deliver what they agreed, contact our support team with your GoHaramain reference number and any receipts or messages as evidence. Our team reviews every complaint, follows up with the agent and keeps you updated — and agents who mislead customers are warned, suspended or removed.

• Only pay the agent you contacted through GoHaramain, after they have confirmed your booking in writing, and always keep your payment receipt.
• Be careful if anyone asks you to pay a different person or account than the agent you booked with — check with us first.
• GoHaramain will never ask for your password or a verification code.
• If someone contacts you claiming to be from GoHaramain and something seems wrong, check with us on our official WhatsApp number below before you pay or share anything.
