   Apply and get verified

   Apply to become an agent with your company details and the licences and registrations you hold. Our team verifies them before your account is approved.

   List your packages

   Create packages with your hotels, nights in each city, room-type prices, departure dates, inclusions and photos. Each package is reviewed by our team before it goes live, and you can run time-limited discounts.

   Respond to custom requests

   Pilgrims who can’t find the right package send custom requests. You can respond with an offer built around their dates, hotels and budget.

   Fulfil orders

   When a booking is confirmed and paid, it appears in your orders. Review the travellers’ documents and move the booking through each stage — documents, visa, flights, travel, completion — and the customer is notified at every step.

   Get paid

   Your earnings, net of the platform commission, are shown in your dashboard. Request a withdrawal of your available balance whenever you are ready.

• List packages accurately — the hotels, distances, nights and inclusions a pilgrim sees are what they receive.
• Keep prices and availability up to date, and pause packages you can no longer fulfil.
• Move bookings forward promptly and in order, so customers always know where their trip stands.
• All communication with customers goes through the GoHaramain support team, which protects both pilgrims and agents.
• Resolve disputes in good faith. Ratings and reviews from real customers are visible on your packages.
